Prices and Details
Daily: $100/night (three night min)
A deposit of $150 is need in advance to hold your dates. This money will be returned on your last day after inspecting the home. You will pay the full amount for your stay when you get to the home and have the keys.
Cancellation policy- Your $150 deposit is refundable up two weeks before your date of arrival with a $25 processing fee.
There will be a charge of $50 for ANY date changes to less days then planned when you pay your deposit. For example, if you plan to stay 7 nights and then change to 6 nights you will be charged $50. Or, if you plan to stay 7 days and change to 3 days you will be charged $50.
Check In is 4:00pm on your first day and 10:00am is check out. There is a chance we can be flexible with these times, please inquire.
Other details:
All linens and towels are included.
No smoking in the house.
It is a quiet neighborhood so no parties please.
Pets are negotiable and will have a $50 extra cleaning fee.

Location
We are located on 32nd and Olsen in Milwaukie, Oregon which is just South East of Portland. Driving takes 10-minutes to Portland’s City Center. Downtown Milwaukie is within a mile and closer are grocery stores, restauraunts, coffee shops, and a gym. The charming towns of Sellwood and Woodstock border us, where you can shop in cute boutiques and eat delicious meals. Please inquire about a list of the many activities in the area for kids and adults. There is plenty to do year round.
